Founder of IntensEATfit, Gaby specialises in endurance and ultra-endurance performance nutrition. She has worked with everyday runners, national-level athletes, and world-record holders to develop personalised fuelling strategies that support both performance and long-term health.

With a background in competitive sport herself, Gaby understands the real-world demands of balancing training, work, and life, and translates evidence-based nutrition into practical, sustainable approaches for runners at every level.
