Gel 100 provides 25g of carbohydrates in a 40g sachet, making it easy to fuel in smaller, more frequent amounts.

Gel 160 provides 40g of carbohydrates in a larger 65g sachet, giving you more fuel per gel and potentially fewer sachets to carry over longer distances.

Both use the same Hydrogel Technology and a 0.8:1 fructose-to-glucose ratio, allowing you to mix Gel 100 and Gel 160 within your fuelling plan depending on your carbohydrate needs.

Travelling With Maurten Gels

Taking your race nutrition with you? Maurten Gels are safe to take when flying and can be packed in checked luggage.
