Carbohydrates, caffeine and hydration in one bottle.

Maurten Drink Mix 320 CAF 100 is a caffeinated carbohydrate sports drink designed for high-intensity endurance training and racing. Each sachet delivers 80g of carbohydrates and 100mg of caffeine when mixed with 500ml of water.

Built with Maurten's Hydrogel Technology, the drink transforms into a hydrogel when it reaches the acidity of the stomach. The carbohydrates and caffeine are encapsulated within the hydrogel before being transported through the stomach to the intestine for absorption.

With the same carbohydrate content as Drink Mix 320 plus 100mg of caffeine, CAF 100 gives runners and endurance athletes an easy way to incorporate caffeine into their race-day fuelling strategy without adding another gel or separate caffeine source.
