Maurten Drink Mix 160 and Drink Mix 320 are carbohydrate sports drink mixes designed for endurance training and racing. Both use Maurten's Hydrogel Technology to deliver carbohydrates and fluid in an easy-to-use drink format.

Choose your mix based on how much carbohydrate you want from each 500ml bottle.

Drink Mix 160 provides 40g of carbohydrates per 500ml and is designed for longer, lower-intensity training and racing.

Drink Mix 320 provides 80g of carbohydrates per 500ml, giving you twice the carbohydrate in the same volume of water and making it suited to higher-intensity training, racing and higher carbohydrate fuelling strategies.

Both are made without added colours, preservatives or flavours and can be used before, during or after exercise.

How to Use

Mix one sachet with 500ml of water and shake well until completely dissolved.

The correct water-to-powder ratio is important for Maurten's Hydrogel Technology, so avoid making the mix stronger or weaker than directed.

Maurten also advises against adding electrolytes directly to Drink Mix because this may interfere with hydrogel formation. If additional electrolytes are required, Maurten recommends consuming them separately.

Informed Sport Certified

All Maurten products are Informed Sport certified. Maurten states that every batch is tested against prohibited substances on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) list, providing additional assurance for competitive athletes.

Travelling With Maurten Drink Mix

Good news for race travel: Maurten specifically lists Drink Mix 160 and Drink Mix 320 as airplane safe.

Because the product is a dry powder rather than a prepared drink, it's easy to pack for interstate or international races. Airport security requirements can vary between countries, so check the applicable rules before travelling.
