The HOKA Speedgoat 7 Men’s is a responsive, grippy trail running shoe built for technical terrain, long runs and big days on the trails.

An updated super-critically foamed EVA midsole delivers increased energy return while maintaining the cushioned, stable ride the Speedgoat is known for. Underfoot, Vibram® Megagrip with Traction Lug and 5mm lugs provide reliable traction across wet, dry and loose terrain.

A lightweight woven upper, stretch dynamic vamp and lay-flat dual-gusset tongue create a secure, comfortable fit, while the refined heel collar and gaiter integration add comfort and protection over longer distances.

A trail favourite for good reason, the Speedgoat 7 combines grip, cushioning and responsiveness for everything from everyday trail runs to technical terrain and ultra-distance efforts.
