Our women’s trail running shoe range is built for real conditions. From the fire trails of Wollongong to the climbs of the Illawarra Escarpment and long runs along the South Coast, we focus on shoes that give you grip, protection and confidence when it matters most. Every model is selected with fit, comfort and performance in mind, because no two runners (or feet) are the same.

Fit Comes First
Getting the right fit matters even more on trail.
You want a secure hold through the midfoot so your foot stays in place on climbs and descents, with enough room in the toe box for longer runs when your feet start to move and swell. As a guide, aim for about a thumb’s width at the front.
Sizing and Feel
Most trail shoes fit true to size. It’s less about sizing up and more about how the shoe fits your foot shape. A good fit will feel secure without pressure and stable without restriction.
Trail, Grip and Drop
There’s no one perfect setup.
Lugs – 3–5mm works for most trails, deeper for mud and steeper terrain
Drop – Most runners are comfortable in the 4–8mm range
Terrain – Match your shoe to where you actually run
Breathable vs Waterproof
For most runners, breathable is the better option. Waterproof shoes have their place, but once water gets in, it stays in. For everyday trail running, a shoe that drains and dries quickly will go further.
