ON was founded in Switzerland with a mission to revolutionise the sensation of running. The idea began in the Swiss Alps when former professional athlete Olivier Bernhard started experimenting with pieces of garden hose attached to the outsole of a prototype shoe. Together with Caspar Coppetti and David Allemann, the brand launched in 2010 with a new running experience known as running on clouds.

Inspired by athletes and powered by Swiss engineering, ON creates innovative running shoes and performance apparel designed to deliver soft landings, responsive take-offs and lightweight comfort. At the core of the range is CloudTec® cushioning, working alongside Helion™ foam to provide a smooth, energetic ride across everything from easy kilometres to faster sessions.
